Education:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Honors/Master’s Degree in HRM from a Public or Private University or National University 

Experience
  • 6 months to  1 year (in case of parallel education qualification fresher may apply)

Additional Requirements: Age 20 to 28 years

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Regularly maintain smooth operation of employee attendance.
  • Update employee database and information in HRMS and relevant files update and maintain employee files.
  • Must have good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Code 2006 and new amendments.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as HR managers often need to communicate sensitive information. 
  • Ethical Conduct: A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Updates Head of Human Resources & Admin all information and if any unusual incident happens.
  • Perform other jobs as and when necessary as directed by the Head of Human Resources & Admin
  • Assist in KPI-based performance management system (PMS) - Coordinate learning and development activities. Assist in employee offboarding
  • Assist in asset management - Respond to incoming and outgoing phone calls, greet guests, and direct them to the appropriate persons. Supervise office hygiene, security, canteen, and office supply-related tasks.
  • Counsel employees when necessary.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheet, OT & other documents in Excel & software.
  • Prepare drafts of various official letters and notices in English and Bengali. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
