Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins based on Gutenberg.
- Create custom Gutenberg blocks to enhance the functionality and user experience of WordPress sites.
- Deep knowledge of WordPress Block Bindings API and Interactivity API
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to implement responsive and visually appealing websites.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize website performance, including speed, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring high performance and availability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in WordPress development.
- Conduct website testing and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress developer with a strong focus on Gutenberg editor.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
- Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with WooCommerce and other WordPress e-commerce solutions.
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
Salary:
70,000TK - 100,000TK based on the expertise level mentioned above. We can offer more if you have more experience than the expectation we have.
